I’m literally shaking right now I’m so upset. I request a refill on birth control pills with Prjkt Ruby which I’ve used for years. For the first time ever, I get a call from them saying they need more info. The NP starts by asking me the same questions that are on the online order form and then asks me “I see that you haven’t filled with us since 2022. Why was that?” I tell her that’s not something she needs to know, and she tries to insist over and over she needs to know to “gather my medical history”. I’m like no you don’t and ask repeatedly the medical reason why she needs to know that & she can’t or won’t answer. Then she demands to know the date of my last period which is NOT asked on their online form & I have never been asked to provide before. I refuse to provide that & she’s talking over me demanding to know. I ask for a supervisor & I’m denied. Refused care so now I’m moving on to Nurx, but I’m irate. I’m not providing period info to a company in UTAH when they don’t need it, and I know they don’t need it because I’ve never been asked before.
F*ck this country. I hate it here.
