I think it’s interesting that she never mentioned options like hemplime. It’s not good for structural roles because it has poor compression strength, but it has a lot of other benefits like being a good insulator and not having typical brittleness of concrete making it good for several building purposes like floors, roofs, non-loadbearing walls, plaster, etc. It’s also carbon-negative
