I used to spend so much time thinking about politics, worrying about politics, watching the news, browsing reddit, arguing with other politics obsessed fuckwits online, etc.
Now I just live my life. Go to work. Go to school, work hard, live as healthy a lifestyle as I can. I try to think about the moment more. We aren't under extreme fascism, we don't live under communism. Most of us have the chance to live a better life than 99.99 percent of humans that have ever lived. Why not seize the opportunity?
If people ask me about my life philosophy, I will definitely tell them. But I don't waste time arguing. It is almost impossible to change someone's mind once they are older than 20.
I also feel closer to people now that I don't worry about politics.

I did as well. To be fair a lot of my well founded argumentation has died with it. I often don't even know why I came to my conclusion because I don't use it. I'm not sure I even COULD argue with people anymore when it gets into the weeds. Not only that lots of my sources I saved died. Wikipedia articles are the worst. The destruction of anything that isn't left wing is terrifying. All that said I'm still confident in my positions. I'm sure If I went back and read books on my shelf it woudl come back to me.
