    Are you being prejudiced against white and blond people? What makes you think they’re not just as capable as people of other backgrounds?

    Your comment is racist and reductive, plain and simple. Pointing out someone’s race and hair color as if it disqualifies them from holding a job is textbook prejudice. If someone had said “Black and with braids?? Who could have seen that coming?”—everyone would rightly call it out as bigoted. Competence isn’t determined by appearance, and implying otherwise is both illogical and discriminatory.

    Your comment is no different than mocking someone for being Black or Asian while in a professional role. If it’s wrong to judge someone’s qualifications based on race or appearance in one direction, it’s just as wrong in the other. Competence isn’t exclusive to any skin color or hair type, and pretending otherwise is straight-up bigotry.
