My father (56m) is a big big liar. He works in politics (in a little village in Europe, he’s not like the president or anything like that) and on the side he sell art piece. Hand made art piece, with his own signature on it. People love him for that, they’re big fan of his art. The fact that a big man like him made such cute art piece full of animals, whever in clay or in painting, made ladies fall for this man with a big heart.

Problem is my father absolutly cannot draw, sculpt, build, paint, hell even cutting paper straight is beyond his capacity. All that art he sell, is made by my sweet fifteen years old autistic sister…

He is running her down, asking for more and bigger piece, he even take commition now ! He is awfully manipulative with her, she is smart but very naive. She had a meltdown last week and he kept saying that he would stop feeding her, clothing her, parenting her in short, if she didn’t start drawing.

He is also very happy to have a disable daughter. He can parade, he can says how proud of her he is for becoming such a great person behond her limitations. He get sympathy from his “fans”, how hard is it to raise two daughter, an autistic one at that, without his wife ? And look at how proud he is ! Isn’t he doing an amazing jobs ? And all the while he refuses my sister to have therapy, speech therapy and occupationao therapy because “we’re not weak in this family”.

The truth is that with the right therapy my sister could live independantly as soon as she turn in a full adult. Today he would be impossible for her, she need help with a lot of thing because of my dad force isolation on her.

How do i miss my mom. She was always the first one to call him out on his shit. She would take both my sister and i on amazing hike when my father was becoming to much. She would have taken both away from him and gives my sister exaclty what she need wothout looking around.

I’m sorry for this rant but i am just so mad. I swear the minutes i have enough money i’ll leave this place with my sister and never talk to him again.
