Where do those live streaming channels come from?

On Roku there’s a Live TV guide which is filled with many streaming channels that are not the same as cable or antenna tv.

I’m pretty sure these channels are also on Plex and many other devices or apps that offer live streaming TV.

The channels will be for example

• Baywatch 24/7
• This old House 24/7
• Filmrise Western Channel Etc

I don’t think these are from Roku, so where do they come from. Any idea?
