86./Northern Ariona @ Arizona

FUCK THE PAC 12 NETWORK!

85./Portland State @ #15 Oregon

FUCK THE PAC 12 NETWORK AGAIN!

84./Idaho State @ San Diego State

to clarify I think Snapdragon stadium is a cool name.

83./Bucknell @ James Madison

What did the buffalo say to their son? “Did you honestly expect us to win this game?”

82./Albany @ Marshall

These Great Danes need a change in descriptor.

81./The Citadel @ Georgia Southern

GEORGIA SOUTHERN BEATS THE BULLDOGS IN GEORGIA! I got my clickbait headline ready for your soulless cash grab misleading articles.

80./Northwestern State @ Louisiana

In-state bonus.

79./Bethune Cookman @ Memphis

Bethune Cookman probably won’t be cooking in this one.

78./Alcorn State @ Southern Miss

Alcorn isn’t a state.

77./Arkansas Pine Bluff @ Tulsa

Golden battle.

76./Stephen F Austin @ Troy

Can Troy repeat last year?

75./Western Illinois @ NMSU

The Aggies desperately need a win after last week, thankfully for them the leathernecks gift these to their opponents.

74./Maine @ FIU

A bad FBS team should beat a bad FCS team, right?

73./Alabama A&M @ Vanderbilt

If you squint your eyes, you could pretend the commodores are beating Alabama, Georgia, and Texas A&M all rolled into one.

72./Wofford @ Pitt

This game exists.

71./South Dakota @ Missouri

This game also exists.

70./Western Carolina @ Arkansas

Yet another game that exists.

69./Towson @ Maryland

Nice. (For Maryland fans at least)

68./Mercer @ #22 Ole Miss

At least a ranked team is playing in this one.

67./UT Martin @ #1 Georgia

The bulldogs begin their quest to threepeat against a team that arguably isn’t the weakest on their schedule.

66./Robert Morris @ Air Force

How badly does an FCS team that went winless last year get their ass kicked by the full force of the American military? tune in to find out.

65./Colgate @ Syracuse

Apparently, this is technically a rivalry.

64./Bryant @ UNLV

I don’t think this game is on any streaming service or channel.

63./East Tennessee State @ Jacksonville State

Just a year ago this would have been an FCS vs FCS Matchup but now it’s an FCS vs FBS matchup, it’s funny how quickly things change.

62./Southeast Missouri State @ #16 Kansas State

The 2022 OVC champs battle the XII champs in a game that does exist.

61./Monmouth @ Florida Atlantic

“In a fight between an owl and a hawk, the owl would most likely win because it is bigger, stronger, and can attack soundlessly. Unless a very large hawk were fighting a very small owl, the best the hawk could do is use its speed and agility to escape from the owl.”-search engine when I asked who would win between an owl and a hawk.

60./Howard @ Eastern Michigan

For those that like gray over green.

59./Central Arkansas @ Oklahoma State

I have no idea what to expect from the cowboys this year.

58./Gardner-Webb @ App. State

The Runnin’ Bulldogs managed to make a run into the playoffs last year but now they see if they can run up the mountain that is Boone, Norh Carolina. Home to the mountaineers who usually do the upsetting instead of getting upset.

57./Nevada @ #6 USC

FUCK THE PAC 12 NETWORK BUT PRIME TIME BABY!

56./ Ball State @ Kentucky

The Will Levis show is gone, now it’s time for Deuceamania to run wild brother.

55./ Central Michigan @ Michigan State

bonus points for being an in-state battle.

54./MTSU @ #4 Alabama

Red vs Blue and a look at Alabama’s new QB.

53./New Mexico @ #23 Texas A&M

The Aggies are coming off a big disappointing season but also are bringing in quite the recruiting class. Will Jimbo finally get it together for a non-covid year? A win here won’t really let us know anything so keep asking those questions.

52./LIU @ Ohio

The Bobcats suffered a devastating injury to their QB in week 0 so they desperately need a tune up game but maybe these sharks smell blood in the water. Well, they’ll likely only being smelling their own after this game.

51./ Southern Utah @ Arizona State

When you put a self-imposed post season exile on yourself then you know you’re probably not going to have a good season. So be happy with this should be guaranteed win sun devil faithful.

50./South Carolina State @ Charlotte

Charlotte’s first game in the American against their neighbors from the south.

49./Tennessee State @ #13 Notre Dame

Notre Dame’s first game against a school while it was part of the FCS. It’s a historic game though I’m not terribly thrilled about it.

48./Louisiana Tech @ SMU

The bulldogs of Ruston could be the first team to get to 2-0 this season but them being the first 1t 500 is much more likely. SMU looks to show they are in the upper half of the American with a dominant performance.

47./Army @ ULM

This is one army a warhawk isn’t going to love.

46./Arkansas State @ #20 Oklahoma

Will Oklahoma be able to make it back to their place in the higher echelons in college football this season after a disappointing one last year? Well, we really won’t know after this game unless Arkansas State wins then it’s a definite no and probably a worse season than even last year.

45./ Rice @ #11 Texas

Similar to Oklahoma the difference being higher hopes and last year showing a path seemingly leading back to greatness. This was also technically once a rivalry so add that in with the in-state mechanic and it gets bonus points.

44./Northern Iowa @ Iowa State

This is a sort of rivalry game between an FCS school and a power 5 school. The Only other one I can think of is BC and Holy Cross which will also be happening this year. That FBS-FCS game should be closer though.

43./ Saint Francis @ Western Michigan

Saint Francis was technically an FCS playoff team last year. They’re a worse FCS team then that might imply though, NEC Sucks bad. So even a middling MAC team should be able to handle the best they’ve got.

42./Missouri State @ Kansas

Not the team from Missouri I want Kansas to be playing but I guess we shouldn’t complain especially since it’s rare to feel like a game should definitely be a win. Though I can’t say I’m a 1000% certain, I blame it on PTSD from the 10s. Also, Missouri State did give Arkansas fits last year.

41./Texas State @ Baylor

The Bobcats bring in one of the best coaches from the FCS last year and the bobcats almost pulled the upset two years ago against Baylor.

40./Southeastern Louisiana @ Mississippi State

LSU aren’t the only cats from Louisiana the bulldogs have to worry about this season if they aren’t careful. As the lions are one of the best the FCS have to offer, and the bulldogs have a lot of questions as they are entering their first year after the tragic passing of Mike Leach. RIP Pirate.

39./Kent State @ UCF

UCF’s first game as a power 5 School if you don’t count 2013 or the Power 6.

38./Elon @ Wake Forest

Should be an easy win for Wake but it being the first game for wake without Hartman in years will be interesting to see.

37./Eastern Kentucky @ Cincinnati

The Colonels are supposed to be one of the better fcs teams as they challenge newly Power 5 knighted Cincinnati. It is also the beginning of the coach Scott Satterfield saga.

36./Incarnate Word @ UTEP

How will Incarnate Word look after losing so much to Texas State this year and how will UTEP respond after losing to BFAS new blood Jacksonville State last week? This is a potential FCS over FBS upset.

35./#18 Oregon State @ San Jose State

The Spartans hung close with the trojans for a while against USC. Will they fare better against another strong PAC 12 contender when the beavers of Corvallis visit San Jose?

34./Washington State @ Colorado State

The cougars travel to Fort Collins and if some realignment theories are to be believed they could be doing this a lot more in the future.

33./NC State @ UConn

DOG FIGHT! UConn gets a big ACC team at home unfortunately for them it’ll probably go about the same it did last year.

32./#12 Tennessee vs Virginia

Virginia’s first game since that tragic event last season on campus. They will have to go to the volunteer’s home away from home as they contend one of the best from the SEC. It would be a feel-good moment for Virginia, but they’ll need all the miracles they can get if they hope to even remain close with them.

31./UMass @ Auburn

Probably for the first time ever in back-to-back weeks UMass gets to be on the main ESPN channel as they journey to Jordan-hare to challenge Auburn and their new controversial head coach Hugh Freeze.

30./Akron @ Temple

Do you want to see what should be two awful teams playing in a mostly empty stadium instead of more compelling, competitive, and high-stake games? Well then this is the game for you, ya freaking sicko!

29./Sam Houston State @ BYU

The Bearkats join the FBS this week last their C-USA brothers the gamecocks did last week. Unfortunately for them they have a much bigger challenge as they head to Provo to confront one of the newly christened cougars of the XII.

28./USF @ Western Kentucky

An American team hungry to gain some respect as they watch their rivals leave them for greener pastures this year. Do you know what one good way to gain respect would be? By beating a conference champion favorite week one on the road.

27./Bowling Green @ Liberty

Holy Flamin…
