A tradition unlike any other.

I must give credit, first to /u/ballzxxtoxxyou, for starting (and maintaining for the longest time) these threads; and second to /u/MC-PhatNeck, who decided to help revive WLIIW after months of inactivity. I’m not sure where (or how) is the former, but regardless, I wish to give them both my appreciation for all the fun /r/CFB had with Whose Line over the years. Thank you.

Hello! Welcome back to Whose Line Is It Wednesday, where the upvotes don’t matter. I’m very much now your (new) host, /u/Zloggt!

As the final dog days of August pass by…the crisp air of September approaches…and yes, you may believe it - college football is back in business!

But first - we got ourselves a hors d’oeuvre of what’s to come - for a smorgasbord of Week Zero fun! Yes, it was only a limited slate of games, but that does not mean that Saturday was only shallow - after all, we saw a variety of matches that left us at least somewhat touched - ranging from a season-opening Navy that was soon sunk by a fiesty Irish team in Irish land, an USC showing that showed strong offense with sometimes shaky defense, and even a Vanderbilt team that was blown a wish by proving to a semi-national audience that yes, even in the face of a near-Hawaii test, the year may very well be one to remember for the Commodores!

Alas, as Labor Day weekend comes, let us have a toast and a jig - to here knows when the season will begin to pick up further and further…

Let’s go over some rules: Any game from the show can be used. Here is a list of the games. Keep skits in the form of a statement, not a question. For example, a skit should like this: “Things you could say about the NCAA, but not your girlfriend”, to which a reply can go like “You’re such a pushover!”, or “There’s a lot of guys who get inside here!”, or anything else, really. Any skits longer than two lines should be in quotations. If you add any additional commentary, put the skit in quotations.

Have fun!
