Ok i so binged the entire season and I am gutted this this was cancelled! It’s an absolute joy from start to finish and contrary to perception, it gets even better in the second half. Actually it gets better with every episode! It is so depressing, paired with good humour that I was laughing my ass off at anita trying to enamor dan without knowing about the rabies thing 🤣. Himesh patel, aya cash and Darren goldstein absolutely shine in this show. I am sad that it won’t get a second season. One thing I do have a gripe with, is how awful dag is. As a character, as a 3rd AD. she is horrendous. Her constant quipping is annoying and at some point, you just tune it out like the rest of the characters do. Plus, idk why but her handing out hedphones as if dan considered himself to be superior, that just pissed me off. But aside from her, this show is a hidden gem. Definitely give it a go.
