It’s a little weird seeing OU start the season as low as #20. I just feel like we’re all so used to them being at the top of the conference and not in the four spot.

Nobody in the conference had any Week 0 action, so let’s look at what’s coming in Week 1:

I think for the sake of time I’m going to only add my own game predictions (and a possible small writeup) for conference games. Also, my plan is to not do tiers. Y’all would get tired of:

Tier 1: Baylor  
Tier 2: The Middle 12  
Tier 3: TCU

That could change, but we’ll see where this goes. I’m open to any suggestions y’all might have for how I host this. Lastly, I’m new to formatting posts on here, so please Bear with me through any growing pains.

Championship Picks:

I don’t really know who I think will win the conference. K-State is probably my pick to start the season. Texas, obviously, looks like they could do it on paper. Is this their year? Will they finally return to glory? Will they set off toward greener pasture$ with one final conference championship? I can’t say that I would be surprised, given their roster. However, no offense intended, I just can’t make that pick with their recent history.

Thank goodness we’re finally through the dreaded offseason. What are your Big 14 12 thoughts?
