My boyfriend gets mad or upset at every little thing and I am genuinely at my wits end.
It’s like almost every time I see him he finds some way to get mad at me and force me to feel incredibly anxious and guilty and have to apologize to him several times.
He got mad at me for giving him the wrong directions (actually the right directions, he just wasn’t listening). He got mad at me for asking him his phone password when he asked me to text someone from his phone. He got mad at me for saying I wouldn’t love him if he was a worm. He got mad at me for being jealous when he spent more time with his girl best friend than me.
Every time he gets upset with me he just sulks and doesn’t seem happy with me until I apologize a ton, sometimes until I send him money, etc.
I hate it.
I sent him an instagram picture that showed a boyfriend sending a cute apology text to his gf and he wrote back “I love when you do that”. Why am I the only one in the relationship that has to apologize and give emotional support?
What should I do?
