I (36 F) work 25 hours a week and claim benefits to help with rent and bill costs. My ex (37 M) called me to ask if i could watch 1 of his dogs for 3 days whilst he takes his family including our daughter (5) on holiday (Thursday evening - Sunday afternoon). I told him that i cant as i have to work. He then processed to say to me that its not because i cant its because I won’t. I have to work to provide for our daughter (im lucky to get paid every 2 weeks) but he just doesn’t understand when im trying to explain. He is sticking to his option that i wont do it. The last times I’ve looked after both of his dogs (for the day) they pulled me so hard they eneded up making me scratch my bare arm on to a brick wall. AITA
