So at first I was a little annoyed with the whole “I’m not going to be DD” cause even though it was involuntary, he kinda went through that arc in s3 already.
But however I was still excited because Wilson Fisk did seem to actually be a changed man in the first episode and I was like “wow, are they really going to make Wilson Fisk be a good guy here or something someone that actually wants to change?” Because I was interested too see where this dynamic would go between Matt and Fisk especially during that dining scene between these two. It felt actually genuine. Like something new was happening
But then he basically goes back too his old routine in the 2nd ep when he blackmails the head chief or wtv and threatens to kill his family if he doesn’t do what he says. Litteraly going back to his old ways.
Now idk if Matt plans to go back as DD esp from the ep 2 ending which was like a little intriguing or if we’re going to go through this whole ordeal of “I’m not DD anymore” but now the only thing I feel excited for atp is Spider-Man’s interaction with this.
