Me F 25 I’m also a latina. I lived in Mexico for a long time before moving here and I have an accent. I work at an appliance company, my job consists of the majority of women except for the man in the warehouse and some of the sales people. Today someone from sales called me to ask for an order in specific. This order was for a client whose name was very latino like. The salesman said “you better stop talking like this because I’m going to get in trouble” he said in a very sexual manner at least to me it seemed that way. I have received comments like this since I was a teenager to say the least I was flabbergasted.I said nothing and changed the conversation. Thankfully I went to lunch right after I called my husband and cried. I’m not sure what to do, I don’t know if i should report this, or should I just keep quiet. I’m asking for advice from women that could relate to me.
