Just wondering. Occasionally you find out guys like Damian Lewis… Idris Elba… the House guy… they are British (or from the UK) and have very thick English accents. It is always funny to hear it because they do such a great job with the American accent.
I was wondering if there were examples of the reverse? An American (United Statesian for those who are punchy about it) who regularly does TV or movies in the UK and a lot of people there would be surprised to learn he or she is from here.
