He seemed funny and cool in Harold and kumar but him on guest appearances in TV is always this super obvious and played out corny guy making basic jokes (like in HIMYM, new girl, etc.). He looks like he is trying way too hard and gives cringey theatre kid vibes. Seems like a total departure and not sure if it’s just the switch to TV but other actors like NPH seemed to have been able to do it. Was that role just a fluke?
