I have spent the last few weeks building an open source computer vision framework that abstracts media pipelines from the developers, so they just spent a couple minutes on building and deploying their computer vision apps.
It is called Pipeless. You can find the repo here. I also created a small article talking about how it works, why I think this is something cool, the architecture it follows and how to execute some easy examples.
