Does anyone think The Are Murders is Netflix’s answer to complaints about their long, dragged out miniseries? I feel like I just watched three potentially great seasons of a show packed into a total of five short episodes.
I didn’t dislike The Are Murders, but it sure feels like the storytelling was rushed, dozens of characters were introduced yet never truly explored, and the multiple murders covered in the show’s five episodes could have benefited from more time to actually tell the stories.
There’s virtually nothing online about this show, not even a Wikipedia page, and they didn’t screen it for critics.
