The government wants to spend $100B to basically improve internet for 15M Americans. For those who aren't great with math, that is about $6600 per person. Just FYI, Starlink satellite internet's extremely expensive gateway costs... $500... and provides broadband speeds and latencies.
It blows my mind that statists can't do simple division and ask "Hmm, do these numbers make sense?". BUT INFRASTRUCTURE.
