I’ve often given this a lot of thought and she mentioned her absolute HATRED for acting due to her mother forcing her into the business in her book. I 100% believe this woman could’ve become a BIG TIME Hollywood Actress had she actually loved the craft. It’s unfortunate that her Legacy pretty much Began with iCarly and died with Sam & Cat. (Although, I know Sam & Cat was actually cancelled due to the half naked photo of Jennette that “leaked” online right after S&C was greenlit for a 2nd Season.). Arianna Grande even stated that there were times in between filming of Sam & Cat that Jennette would just burst out crying because of how much she hated doing it. But she kept her face on and you couldn’t tell she was miserable at all during any episode of either show. She was a pure professional and deserves her flowers, even if only for the 2 shows… Dan Schneider still being around was probably a big part of her depression as well… But she still outperformed everyone on iCarly, except for Jerry Trainor, and in Sam & Cat, let’s be honest. She’s the only character people cared about.
