Last night my (38F) sister (42F) found out the bar she was just at had 5 women get roofied! She was thankfully fine. We were at a birthday dinner when she found out and all of the women and our teenage daughters were upset and started having discussions on safety.
This morning I come on here and read about the woman who was just roofied and raped at a bar. I feel so sad and sick and ANGRY that women have to endure this disgusting behavior from men!!
My question is, besides always watching your drink (which isn’t always possible), are there other safety precautions for women? Test strips? I think I remember hearing about testing nail polish once?
My niece who will be going off to college this fall just looked on Amazon and found some sort of test tubes that are $60 for 10! I find that ridiculously priced.
Any tips we can share amongst us women?
