During Season 3, when House was under trial for forging prescriptions for Vicodin. He goes to a Pain Clinic and the doctor is fully prepared to prescribe him something with Codeine in it… Which is an Opiate… But House says Codeine doesn’t work, and then the doctor said something like “Vicodin would be your best bet for sleep, but we don’t prescribe Vicodin to first time patients” or something along those lines… Please explain this. 🤣
