We are only 8 episodes into the series but damn it has gotten so fucking good. I never expected it to be this good when it was announced. This makes me even more excited for resurrection because if that show can keep up this quality then we are looking at some new best season contenders. Everything in this show feels very well-thought-out and executed. So much foreshadowing and easter eggs. The characters are all very well done in characterization. It just feels like Dexter and is truly one of the best seasons of the franchise.
Also i heard the only reason New Blood had such a bad finale was bc they only had MCH for one year and they had to end it so they wanted to go big but they have since learned that is not what we wanted so the next show “resurrection” is being made as a multi season show so they can build up to it better. So new bloods ending is really only bad bc of the circumstances behind the scene.
