I thought back to when there had been talks about the third season of AHS: Coven spinning off into its own series due to its popularity that year. That was the only example I have been able to think of, although it never came into fruition.
Although, the opposite happened within the AHS series eventually. It eventually had a episodic anthology series spin off from the main series called American Horror Stories. While the quality…leaves something to be desired, I did find it interesting.
Have there been any other examples of this?
