I’ve been venturing into college hockey more and more (shameless plug for /r/OhioStateHockey) and I love that there are conferences that are just for college hockey and teams in conferences just for hockey (Notre Dame is in the Big10 for hockey for example). This would be an obvious fix for this wildly stupid football conferences no? UCLA football traveling across the country can obviously afford it, but there mens rowing team competing against Rutgers makes zero sense.
