Do you think it’s possible that one day there will be no more TV as we’ve known it, and literally all TV will be through streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, etc?

Think about it: TV used to be exclusively over the airwaves. You had maybe 3 channels, the 15, the more. The along came cable. Now, A LOT of the TV we watch is through the internet. And nowadays you often can’t get any TV over the airwaves.

I could see a day when all TV is through streaming services. We’re already watching sports like football, boxing, and wrestling on Netflix.

I see a day when all TV is through the internet. No air antenna, no cable TV. Just a variety of streaming services and maybe some other arrangement where you have streaming platforms that give you various channels.

Could we be heading towards this?
