So recently the news came out about Diago Pavia’s lawsuit against the NCAA, with it having the possible effect of eliminating eligibility caps or, at the very least, making JUCO exempt from counting towards eligibility. My question is, will this lead to JUCO replacing high school as a place for football recruitment? Will this lead to a sort of MLB-style farming system, or will this just lead to the same outcomes we see now with JUCO being seen as more of a second chance than a full-fledged recruiting ground?
