I know this is like beating an already dead horse, but it absolutely BUFFLES ME how What If just became CRINGIER the more time it went on.
The first season was okayish and showed the basic concept, it had a good ending for what it mattered.
The second season was the first to show the “totally NO ONE ASKED THIS” episodes with the Happy Hulk (which was used even in the Robin Hood universe for LITERALLY NO REAL REASON) and third season just doubled down with that.
I know it’s a series just for fun and laugh probably for kids but this is just BRAINROT.
Even the best episodes like the red guardian one has some form of brainrot (I mean COME ON, curing Bucky’s mental problems with a few lines and some asspulled friendship power when in the actual MCU it took Steve’s tremendous perseverance and most of all wakanda’s tech is absolute ass).
