My Amazon Prime Watch History has 3 movies in it that we didn’t watch. Customer service confirmed they were from my account and were watched on devices with cable boxes. Both of my TVs use cable boxes to access all my streaming services. How did these movies show up in my history?!? All of the rest of the watch history is accurate. When I went to the Prime app, all three say Watch Again or Start over so even in the app it looks like they were watched. Has anyone else experienced this?
EDIT: These were not x-rated or porn. Very generic PG movies about history, music, etc. All very benign.
