What does the 2nd Amendment allow if followed literally?

What would be the limits on the 2nd Amendment if it were actually followed to the letter?

It seems 2A would allow for private ownership of arms of a magnitude to somewhere on this list... but where would that be?

Assault rifle

LMG

Grenade

Tuck mounted 50 Cal MG

RPG

APC (armored personnel carrier)

Attack helicopter (e.g., Apache)

And this next bit may be unpopular on this subreddit: Would you actually want Joe the neighbor to be able to own a fully-armed Apache?
