In the past, I've been critical of Rand Paul, and so have you.
That being said, he's absolutely on point on the things that matter most, IE the war state and the 'Rona.
Watching him grill Fauci on the gain-of-function research done in Wuhan that Fauci spent American taxpayer dollars on is fantastic. Let's not beat around the bush, the evidence is strongly suggesting that this virus was made in the lab, and that the lab-leak "Conspiracy theory" is correct. That puts Fauci and the scientists involved squarely in the hot-seat for the responsibility of the millions of lives lost to the 'Rona over the past year.
People have been listening to this Fauci asshat for over a year now in regards to protecting themselves from a virus that he largely helped create.
2020 was a test. Many libertarians failed, and failed miserably. Some passed the test. When fascism in earnest came around, some stood against it and some put on their mask like the cowards they are and complied.
Rand Paul passed the test that counts.
