Often I see calls to "buy local" even in libertarian forums. When pressed, no one ever gives me any kind of satisfactory answer as to why I should do that.
Is there anything in the libertarian literature on this? I don't remember seeing anything about it in Bastiat or Rothbard. Is this idea coming from some passage I missed somewhere?
Thoughts?
