For me it has to be the ending to Dream Machine from Superjail on adult swim, something about the Warden waking up from a cartoon to real life in New York City just really stood out to me and he just walks away with a poster of cartoon Superjail in the background saying we are watching you. What do you guys think is the best ending to a tv show episode in your opinion?
