Hello everyone!
I was diagnosed with ADHD and autism at the age of 34 during a hellish pandemic. I’ve felt really alone in this experience and started a podcast to help share my experience and connect with others. The problem is that as a neurodivergent person, connecting with others is often difficult 😂🙄
So I’m wondering, how many women (cis, trans, female identifying, etc) here have been diagnosed with (or suspect they have) ADHD and Autism??
I’m curious to know the prevalence in our community of 13 million.
