So there was this cartoon I watched when I was a kid on cartoon network of a normal guy going to a laundromat and accidentaly getting a pair of blue pants that gave him superpowers, the character was short was white and a bit plumpy with a moustache like sportacus, his outfit was blue and he had a belt on his pair of pants his head was covered by his costume and had a crease down the middle I know it aired in the 2010s but im not sure.
