I have been enjoying the show pretty much from the beginning. Then I heard it was canceled abruptly. Supposedly there was some kind of backlash from this to the point that CBS gave it a final shortened season.
But now I’m hearing the show is getting another season entirely?
I didn’t follow the behind the scenes or online discussion very closely. This seems incredibly unusual for a network to do. Often they cancel it and that’s the end of that.
So what happened?
