We had trouble conceiving. All my tests were normal. I always thought it was my fault, but no blocked tubes, normal ovarian rate, etc.
Turns out my husband doesn’t have good quality sperm.
Fuck the patriarchy!
Edit: sorry for leaving out details. To be fair to everyone involved, they checked my husbands sperm but he didn’t have access to his portal results and we assumed since he was relatively young (mid 30’s) that his sperm would be fine. But the fertility doctor (he’s great) has to check everything before making a conclusion as to what the issue is.
I think it was anxiety why I blamed myself.
