The question is addressing primarily ancaps.

  1. How do you approach the issue of mentally ill people? They obviously need some form of protection that limits their free will. This means there should be some institution that is entitled to deprive people of legal capacity. How do you avoid punitive psychiatry?

  2. What about children? Should they be treated as property of their parents or as public property? How to protect them from abuse, at the same time protecting families from state intervention?

  3. What about animals? Is it a violation of NAP if you torture and brutally kill a stranded dog, or are animals just objects?
