This coworker is really dancing on my last nerve with this pushing me to retry one. i tried for two cycles, i hated it. Let me be. It starts to feel like a cuIt to me now because why are you so invested what i stuff or don’t down there.
Reasons why I vehemently dislike them for myself - Extremely uncomfortable for me. Im not digging with my THUMB and INDEX finger with my 1 inch stilleto nails into my dry vagina to insert it or break the seal. Thats iron bull tort ure no thank you. I can barely insert one finger dry let alone a THUMB, a cup and another one in. But ok lets say I brave through the cuts I’ll inevitably cause myself, you mean to tell me (because it happened when I used one it got full in 4 hours) at work I will have to go to the work WC, dig into me, get blood over my hands, dump the blood in the toilet and insert that bloody thing right back in (im still mad I had to do this and it was the most inconvenient thing ever) ? I think not. Or what scoot with my pants down my ankle to the sink to wash it while flashing my coworkers? Nah.
And you know what my coworker told me “I carry a small bottle of water and a towel in my purse you should do that” WHAT? Im not doing that my purse won’t even hold a wallet. I’m not carrying a whole washing kit No. No. I don’t want to know I am on my period when I am on my period. It is severely inconveniencing me.
Just it’s not that hard to not bother people about what they do. Why is it so important to “spread the joy” about cups especially to people that dislike them?
Im not searching for the right one because its more inconvenient to me than using tampons. This alone should be a good enough reason to not use cups.
