I think we all see the ridiculousness of the idea that Stanford and Cal would even entertain the thought of joining the ACC, but the smallest bit of conspiracy makes me wonder if they’re having these conversations to perhaps force the B1G’s hand to add the two schools.
Stanford and Cal are obviously better fits for what will be the B1G in 2024 and an existing west coast pod will be in place that would greatly improve travel to and from the west coast for conference teams.
Does anyone really see this ending with the Bay Area schools in the ACC?
