Hii!! I want to start contributing to open source projects. I watched some videos online on open source projects and how to start contributing to them, but I cant find projects in github. I use first-timers tag and most of the projects I found were inactive or not beginner friendly. I dont have any formal education in programming as I am still in high school. I have self taught myself java and python from youtube tutorials. I am looking for mentors and interesting projects to work on. I am absolutely interested in projects which are related to cyber security.
