- Texas Tech 23 - #11 Iowa State 22
Just as we all predicted: Tech marched down the field with 2 two minutes to play, had three false starts, and still came away with a game-winning touchdown.
- Houston 24 - #17 Kansas State 19
Again, just as well all predicted. Kansas State never put Houston away, and Houston took advantage and scored a pair of touchdowns in the fourth quarter to take the final lead.
- Arizona State 42 - Oklahoma State 21
There was a little back and forth at the beginning, but ASU ran away with this one in the second half on the back of Skattebo, who had over 270 yards of offense and 3 touchdowns.
- Baylor 37 - TCU 34
Aranda finally was able to get a win over TCU to maintain that this is, in fact, a Revivalry. This was a truly fun game in the stadium with the game hanging in the balance until the final play. Was it worth rushing the field? Who cares (don’t look at my comments after our game at Colorado).
- UCF 56 - Arizona 12
UCF took out some of their recent frustrations on Arizona. This one was over early.
There was a lot of excitement packed into a week with only five conference games. It was a rough week at the top, and therefore was a good week to have a bye for BYU and Colorado.
