For those who don’t live in the PNW, here’s some context:
Up until this Friday, Oregon was one of two states (NJ being the other) that still had legally mandated full-service gas stations. But coincidentally, on Friday 8/4, the same day Oregon announced its departure, the State of Oregon’s new law allowing self-service fueling statewide went into effect.
