So… first of all, I am a male. Which is actually the crux of the problem.

Now. I went out with a female friend a few days ago to drink some beers and catch up on our vacations. Behind my friend, there was another girl who was wearing a blouse with a fairly low cleavage. At some point, the blouse started to slip, to the point where her boob was almost showing. I considered telling her about it trying to be “nice”, but then didn’t because I was too shy, and was afraid that it might not be taken as a kindness, but as me butting into other people’s business. Later on I asked my friend, and she said she would have seen the kindness, but would have been uncomfortable anyways, but that other people may differ. So, I wanted to know. How would you feel about the comment coming from a man? Is there any way to say it? Or should I just look away and “mind my business” if something like that happens again?
