Some other teams that come close are:

Vanderbilt - 1 win and 2 losses (both of which were by 3 points)

Georgia - 1 win, 1 loss, and 1 more win over Clemson, who was #14 when they played Georgia but is currently in #9

Boston College - 1 win against (at the time) #10 FSU, 1 6-point loss to then #6 Missouri

Edit: For those of you who feel the need to bring up the fact that Missouri is no longer in the top 10 and thus should not be counted, you are wrong. If your logic was correct, the win over LSU wouldn’t count as a top 10 win either. Allow me to explain:

If you beat the #10 team in the country, they are not going to be ranked in the top 10 the following week. This does not take away from the fact that you beat a top 10 team, because when you played them, they WERE ranked in the top 10. That’s all that matters. When Vandy beat Bama, Bama was ranked #1. Now, they are #15. You don’t now get to claim that Vandy didn’t REALLY beat the #1 team since Bama is no longer ranked #1.

This post isn’t me trying to claim that Texas A&M is the best team in the country. I was just pointing out a fun stat.
