Is the growth and understanding of what happened to you, and understanding how it happened. Learning the actions they took to manipulate you, all the red flags you ignored. The self hate that blinded you from the seeds of destruction they planted to destroy and control you. Knowing now how they did it, and seeing those same traits in others you now avoid. Knowing you let all that horrible stuff happen to you. Thats the worst part of growth, is seeing how you fucked up and let this happen, because you couldn’t see it happen but now do.
