TLDR: Data Table
After all the excitement yesterday, I wanted to do a deep dive into the make-up of the new Big XII. I had a couple questions I wanted to try and answer:
- What’s the best program?
- Who has the best stadium?
- Who has the most players in the NFL?
So I went through Winsipedia & Wikipedia to try and get some answers, and complied this data table, Linking to some different ways to sort it, to get a better idea.
Data Table - Program Success Gallery
Data Table - Individual Player Success Gallery
And most importantly, by stadium capacity:
So, what did I learn from this exercise? The answer is not a whole lot, honestly, if I had to take a shot, I’d probably say one of Colorado, TCU, or West Virginia has the best claim. Although there’s a lot a parity and each team has had its ups and downs. I can probably say with some confidence, that Kansas or Iowa St is historically the worst team, though (sorry).
Mostly put this together out of my own curiosity, and thought it was interesting enough to share. All the data came from Winsipedia & Wikipedia
