Native titles will execute in ‘Steam for Linux runtime 1.0 (scout)’ by default, instead of the legacy runtime environment. This behavior is consistent with Steam Deck and promotes better compatibility across all Linux desktop distributions.

FYI - the owner of this site, gamingonlinux, was a mod on the !linux_gaming@lemmy.ml community until they were caught abusing their moderator powers. Then they deleted their account and complained on mastodon that it’s stupid design that mod logs are public. [Screenshot]

Instead, here’s a link to the official post store.steampowered.com/…/4522268823004994079

i want to ask what’s the goal of this copy paste you been doing. Please don’t take this as a negative comment, I’m just curious. Cause I have been seeing this for 2 weeks maybe and continue to see GamingOnLinux articles still being posted.

Because this person should not be benefiting from the platform they were abusive on. People should see consequences for their nasty behaviors.

Also, many times people just link to this site instead of the original source of the news. The main source should be a better link to share in general anyways.
