I met someone in a hostel last night who blamed ‘male instinct’ for the sexual harassment I received when I visited Nepal. I wish I’d have punched him in the balls and said it was my ‘female instinct’.
He also said that it’s male instinct to be emotional at football matches, to which I responded ‘I think it’s actually because society teaches boys and men they can only show emotions in those circumstances :)’. Safe to say he didn’t know how to answer that one!
