When the hell is HBO going to end its damn partnership with Sky in the UK? Makes me sick all the best shows go to that awful outdated service in the streaming age

So, for everyone in the states, Rupert Murdoch (owner of Fox) also owns Sky TV in the UK. He also owns The Sun and The Times…but that’s getting off topic.

Sky seems to have a strangle hold over all HBO content and I am sick of it. All the best shows like The Penguin are on the worst most expensive service in the UK. It’s our version of cable tv.

Now Max exists, you’d think they’d be winding up this tired out of date relationship. It baffles me they wouldn’t launch this service internationally. UK viewers would be paying hand and foot to get HBO and Warner content while it was airing.
